Passenger Satisfaction with Airport Services boosts by 4.6% in First Half of Year

قادری In the first half of this year, the average passenger satisfaction index across Iranian airports reached 74.8%, marking a 4.6% increase compared to the same period last year. The improvement reflects a growing positive trend in service quality, based on over 1,767,000 recorded votes through the national airport service monitoring system.

Announcing the report,
The Director General of the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Office Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company(IAC), announced stated: Continuous monitoring of airport service quality and receiving direct feedback from passengers plays a key role in enhancing the competitive position of airports and increasing public trust. 

Jamal Ghaderi-Nasab highlighted: The Strategic Planning and Performance Management Office, used 34 key indicators aligned with the standards of the International Airports Council, has evaluated and ranked IAC-owned airports in two main areas—‘quality of airport services’ and ‘terminal facilities’—across 25 different categories.

He said: The results indicate that Mehrabad Airport led the country’s airports in 12 performance indicators. Following that, Isfahan Airport ranked high in 10 indicators, and Bandar Abbas, Mashhad, and Shiraz airports each excelled in 9 indicators. These achievements reflect ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and passenger satisfaction across the country.
